How to Navigate the WCA Site

Welcome to the new WCA website!

We are now using Wild Apricot (WA), a membership management system. Using this system is easy and will allow you to create a member profile with your email and your own password.

With WILD APRICOT, you will be able to:

have your own WCA account based on your email and a personal password that you will create;
create and edit your member profile;
have access to all events and an event calendar;
register for events, add them to your calendar, see all your registrations and easily cancel any reservations;
renew your membership online;
see your invoices and make payments online; and
have access to an online, searchable directory.

If you're not a member, we invite you to join today. Follow the same steps for creating a password.

If you are a current member, you must first create a password! Don’t worry it’s easy!

You can follow the instructions here, or you can go back to the "HOW TO" button and click in the menu on "How to Create a Password" which includes screenshots to help you through.

How to get started and create a password:

Click on the LOGIN button in the upper right corner of this webpage.
Click on the “Forgot Password” button on the lower right of the screen, below the buttons for your email address and password.
Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS.
Wait just a moment, and then go to your email to look for and open an email from Women's Cultural Alliance
If you don't receive the email in a minute or so, check your spam folder. If you can't find the email, please send an email to help@wcanaples.org. We will help you through the process.
Click on the second link in the email, after the words “TO CHOOSE A NEW PASSWORD GO TO"

Follow the instructions:

CREATE A PASSWORD-it can be anything you want, no special rules like capitals or symbols, but choose something you will remember because you will need it to LOG IN in the future.

CONFIRM YOUR PASSWORD-reenter your chosen password.

SAVE YOUR PASSWORD!
You will need it to log in to the WCA Website

Once you are logged in, you can navigate the site by clicking on a word in the top menu bar, or the word under the picture on the home page.
